About this design:
This piece started with the coiled wire links, which I made using 18 gauge wire for the base, 22 for the coil. I thought they looked almost industrial, and decided to use them in a contrasting way with a more delicate styled necklace. I looked through my lampwork beads and one jumped out at me, so I used it for the blue and purple color scheme, making spiral links to connect everything using 20 gauge wire. The Briolettes are wrapped using 26 gauge.
